For my Eagle project, I built 6 new benches and a small woodshed for a local park.  My Eagle Project included two days of work with my troop for the final building phase.  Since this was near the end of October, I set up a building day in my garage.  I tried to pre-build as much as possible.  I led a group of 9 scouts and 8 adults that volunteered to work on my project.

The second day was much shorter.  It only took us a couple hours to clear the area and install at the park since I had done so much planning and prep work previously.
